2. Products and Services

SDPhotography offers original photography prints available in multiple formats (metal, canvas, and paper). All products are:

  • Made to order specifically for each customer
  • Professionally printed through our partner, WHCC (White House Custom Colour)
  • Produced in the USA
  • Custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment is required at the time of purchase
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
  • All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments

4. Orders and Processing

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
  • Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days
  • Printing takes 1-3 business days
  • Shipping takes 5-7 business days (international orders may take longer)
  • Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free standard shipping is included with all orders
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier
  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All photographs, images, and content on this website are the exclusive property of SDPhotography and are protected by copyright laws
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any images or content without express written permission
  • Purchase of a print grants you a personal, non-commercial license to display the print
  • You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any purchased prints

7. Product Use and Restrictions

By purchasing a print, you agree to:

  • Use the print for personal, non-commercial purposes only
  • Not reproduce, copy, or create derivative works from the print
  • Not resell or commercially exploit the print in any way
  • Not remove or alter any copyright notices or watermarks

8. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about damaged or defective items. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color variations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SDPhotography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product
  • We are not responsible for color variations between screen displays and printed products
  • We are not liable for damage occurring after delivery or during installation

10. Color Accuracy Disclaimer

Due to variations in monitor calibration and display settings, colors may appear differently on your screen than in the final printed product. This is a normal characteristic of digital-to-print reproduction and is not considered a defect or grounds for return.

11. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our prints. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
