Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What types of prints do you offer?
I offer several high-quality print options to fit different styles and spaces:
-
Paper Prints (Lustre or Matte):
Professional photographic paper with rich color, sharp detail, and a clean finish. Lustre offers a soft sheen with reduced glare, while matte has a smooth, non-reflective look. -
Metal Prints:
Printed directly onto aluminum for a modern, bold presentation. Metal prints are vibrant, durable, moisture-resistant, and arrive ready to hang. -
Canvas Prints:
Gallery-wrapped canvas prints that add depth and texture. These are ready to hang and work beautifully for larger statement pieces. -
Framed Prints:
Framed prints are available by special request. Because framing options vary by size, style, and finish, framed prints are handled individually to ensure the best presentation. Please contact me for details and availability.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Each print is made to order, so I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges for ordering mistakes (such as selecting the wrong size, finish, or material).
If there is a problem with the quality of your print, I will reship the same print until you are completely satisfied. I stand behind my work and want you to love what you receive.
Can you accommodate custom print sizes?
Absolutely! While the website features the most popular sizes, I can produce prints in virtually any dimension you need, including large-format and poster sizes.
If you have a specific size in mind that isn't listed, please reach out and I'll be happy to create a custom order for you.
What is an Artist Edition print?
Artist Edition prints are limited edition releases selected from my portfolio. Each piece is signed and produced in a limited quantity, making it ideal for collectors or anyone looking for a more exclusive offering.
Availability is limited and announced periodically.
Who prints my order?
I partner with WHCC (White House Custom Colour), a top-rated professional print lab known for exceptional quality and color accuracy. I chose WHCC for their museum-quality standards and commitment to producing prints that accurately represent my artistic vision.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically sent to WHCC within 1–2 business days of purchase.
- Printing usually takes 1–3 business days
- Domestic orders ship via expedited shipping
- International orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days
- You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships
What are your shipping costs and policies?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. I ship both domestically within the United States and internationally. All orders include tracking and are shipped to ensure your prints arrive safely and quickly.
How do I care for my print?
Paper Prints: Display away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. Frame with UV-protective glass for best longevity.
Metal Prints: Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Metal prints are moisture-resistant and very durable.
Canvas Prints: Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity for best preservation.
How long will my print last?
All prints are produced using archival-quality materials and inks designed for longevity. When properly cared for and displayed away from direct sunlight, your prints can last for decades while maintaining their color and clarity. Paper prints benefit most from UV-protective framing.
What if there's a problem with my order?
While issues are rare, things can occasionally happen — such as a printing defect or shipping issue.
If anything goes wrong, I will reship the same print, metal, canvas, or framed piece until you are happy. Your satisfaction is my priority.
