Copyright and Usage
All the images produced by SDPhotography, LLC for an Agent or Broker may be used for the marketing and sale of the property for which they were produced and they may also be used by the Agent or Broker for self promotion.
Ownership of the images and media copyrights stay with SDPhotography, LLC. You will receive a limited copyright license agreement for the use of the photos while you representing the listing.
Any usage of the images by third parties is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing and licensed by SDPhotography, LLC.
